Following the fantastic performances put in by our 8-12 year old Nippers at SLS Cornwalls Frostbite in Penzance, focus has now shifted to SLSGB Stillwater Nationals training.
The major difference being Cardiff International Pool is an Olympic Sized 50m pool, twice the length of the pool in Penzance!
Training for our 8-12 year old Nippers has moved onto more intense sprint and stamina work, to cope with the additional distance, but our Nippers are more than up to the challenge.
The club will be traveling to Cardiff to take on Surf Life Saving Clubs from all around the UK on the 28th and 29th of March.
